This is something I really have been working on, finding a better work-life balance and enjoying the little things more. This is a great reminder. However, I traveled this weekend for a family reunion and glad I did. Much of me said "don't go this one time" but I didn't listen. Instead, I fished, played volleyball, goofed off with kiddos, ate a lot (!), and really had a good time. Now...back to biz development! Great information. I've worked with offshore assets in Russia, India and China and though there are some great cost savings, it can be difficult to get past some of the communication issues. A VA can be critical to a company and having the ability to see them and communicate with them in person can be a great help.
